How can I preview a free trial class?

You can either sign up to preview a free class on this website Free trial class booking request, call the location or visit us to schedule your class. In case you sign up on line, we will contact you to confirm the availability of class space at your desired time.

When you come to our location to attend the free trial class and if you want to maintain this class space as a new member, you can formalize your enrollment at the help desk.

To Whom the free class is addressed?

To all the adults, whether are parents, grandparents, uncle and aunt or carers and have children up to 5 years and they would like to know the Gymboree program.

What is the main purpose of a free trial class?

It an opportunity for adults to come and visit our location, to meet our experience teachers’ team and to get familiar with class environment and the education program corresponding to the level of the child.

How frequently a class is running and what is the duration?

Each class of a certain program is conducted once per week at the registered time. Classes of all the main programs have the duration of 45 minutes except Art class that lasts 50 minutes. You may enroll to more than one program.

Why is the participation of the adult in the class important?

Our core belief is that children are developed at their own pace through physical, mental and creative activities with the involvement and support of adults. All of our programs continue to incorporate new elements to help parents better understand how their child is developing and give them the tools to support each crucial stage of development.

May other family members attend classes?

Yes. Other relatives who want to attend may sit in the entrance area outside the room in which the class takes place provided that their presence does not cause any distraction to the child.

Why should I enroll my child in a Gymboree Play & Music program?

With over 35 years of experience, Gymboree's programs are designed by child-development experts to help provide children ages 0-5 with the cognitive, physical and social skills they need. How do I enroll my child in a class?

Start by finding the location most convenient for you. Then, determine the appropriate class program for your child and locate the class on the time schedule. Once you have found the class you are interested in, select Free Trial Class Request or contact the nearest location for assistance.

How do I schedule a makeup class?

Gymboree Play & Music has a liberal policy that allows you to make-up classes when your child becomes ill. Make-up classes can be scheduled directly with your Gymboree Play & Music location. The make-up classes are offered only within the period of your program.

What happens if I miss a class?

If you advise us of the absence, before the class, then you can contact Gymboree Play & Music location to schedule for a makeup class.

What happens if my child has to change level in the middle of the period?

Gymboree Play & Learn is composed of 7 levels starting from 0 to five years old (3 levels for Art and Music). Each level focuses on and supports the specific developmental milestone. In this case you have to choose among the options that exist in the time schedule for this next level. At this case inform the teacher in order to confirm the reservation of the vacancy.

Can I bring more than one sibling to a Gymboree Play & Music class?

Our classes are designed to allow parents to interact and play with their child one-on-one in order to maximize the child's success. If you have more than one child, there are new ways for you and your family to experience a variety of classes at Gymboree. We welcome up to four siblings to attend the same class in the appropriate age levels, and we also offer Family Classes in Gymboree Play & Learn, Art and Music. Check your local site's calendar or call your local site to find out when these classes are offered.

What should we wear?

Practical and comfortable clothing. The adult should bring or wear socks and the child may enter barefoot in room or, in the colder months, we advise anti-skid socks.

In what language are Gymboree Play & Music classes? And if we are not fluent in that language can we still attend?

Our classes are conducted in Greek and English. However, this may vary in other Gymboree Play & Music locations. You have the option to choose the language of your preference. It is a great opportunity to expose your child to a foreign language at an early age. Non-native speakers are very welcome.

Each Gymboree Play & Music location is independently owned, so each location offers different party packages, pricing and scheduling. Gymboree Play & Music members pay a one-time fee for lifetime membership. This lifetime membership may be used at any Play & Music location worldwide.

Our Gymboree Play & Music locations are operated by franchise owners, and we cannot open a location until we find a party interested in purchasing and operating a franchise in your city.
